The service I received from the sales executive Catrin Lewis at the BMW Centre in Swansea was exemplary. From start to finish Catrin was extremely helpful, informative and approachable. I really can't praise her highly enough.

Drove off after having a fairly major service (including £73 for a vehicle check--whatever that is) and once on the motorway it was obvious something was wrong. Returned to Sytner where it was obvious that the undertray was hanging off.

Satisfaction high however James was awful his customer service is poor. Statements like I'll send the driver now on the assumption that we don't work or would be home isn't the correct approach. However Kelly and Paul were great

The vehicle health check was particularly reassuring as my old Beemer has exceeded 198.000 miles--the recall was completed quickly as i had requested the return of my car for a 5.30 appointment.

5 stars for the service received on the day - but lost one star due to the quote I received for two replacement rear tyres. The quote was ~£100 more PER TYRE compared to what is available in the high street (for identical tyres)!!

Great all round. Lovely staff too. Only thing was I had to put my thick coat back on as room was cold which I've never noticed before. Think maybe the heating was faulty as very cold.

Unhappy car went in for a recall on the egr cooler after being in the dealer engine management light is on had it plugged in coming up with an egr fault now bmw are saying I have to pay for it which is wrong because it wasn't on before

I told BMW that a tyre was plugged before the MOT. RAC explained that because the tyre was plugged from the outside that i could only do 50mph and needed a new tyre. Nothing was done about the tyre and I'm surprised it passed an MOT.

Couldn't fault the service experience as I was informed of how everything went and explained by (Chris?) how the dashcams worked. My only criticism would be that I had to reset a few items such as the door mirrors wouldn't close on locking.

Lack of loan car is very inconvenient. This is a brand new vehicle with a reoccurring fault m. Surely a loan car would be provided on each occasion. This is my experience with other premium car brands.
